A Bulgarian native, Maria Orozova moved to the United States when she was only 12 with no working knowledge of the English language. In just a little over a decade, she transformed herself into a 25-year-old CEO when she launched her now award-winning business, Austin based marketing and design agency, The MOD Studio. Maria also channels her passion for design and keen eye for style through another creative outlet, her fashion and lifestyle blog, Fab is the New Black. When she gets a little down time, Maria tackles a wide range of interests like pilates, interior design, and traveling with her husband.
My Challenge
Maria’s Big Brave challenge is to hike all 26 miles of the Inca Trail in high heels, ultimately reaching Machu Picchu.
“To say that travel is one of my greatest passions is a flat understatement. I’ve always made it a point to explore new places, both foreign and domestic. One place that has always been on my list to visit is Machu Picchu in Peru because of its incredible history and that deceptively steep hike to the top. With the support of my family and friends and their contributions to GENaustin, I’m pledging to finally jet off to South America and hike all 26 miles of the Inca Trail. This would be an amazing personal accomplishment but I’m even more thrilled that my goal will ultimately benefit GENaustin.”
100% of all Big Brave donations will go directly towards benefitting GENaustin.
