John provides GENaustin with computer and networking (and many other types) of support.

• Can fix most anything (sometimes even non-technical issues)

• Supports GENaustin through special events even though he has already given so much
• Goes above and beyond his commitment and works many hours that we don't even know about to keep us afloat
• Utilizes community relationships to mobilize resources on our behalf (IBM, moving team, etc.)
• He is reliable, trustworthy, dedicated and always there when we need him
• He is the highest caliber of a volunteer/supporter there is on this planet, a dear friend to GENaustin and is a cornerstone to our success!
