What Girls Are Saying
"clubGEN helps you develop leadership skills and it allows you to help middle school girls work through some of the same problems that you went through at their age. You help point the girls in the right direction and it's satisfying leaving every meeting knowing you made a difference". - Alex, 16
"I am a shy person, yet in clubGEN, I feel so empowered, so outgoing that I can share things and be the person I want to be". - Liz, 17
"I truly feel better about myself in all areas of my life. I have had to ask myself questions about my body and beliefs. Now I am more confident in who I am. In hard times, being in club helped me remember what I value". - Jenna, 18
"clubGEN has given me the confidence to deal with my problems, not run away from them". - Amanda, 12
"clubGEN is the greatest thing ever. I think every girl should try it out". - Natalie, 12
What Adults are Saying

"Taking on this responsibility has helped my daughter realize how capable she is." - Lanie
"It's a great program - girls get opportunities to lead, to learn, and to be heard." - Stacy
"It's a great way for young women to develop healthy attitudes towards life's challenges." - Sikander
"It has given my daughter the opportunity to share her feelings and those of others in confidence." - Lydia
"There are not a lot of activities my daughter gets involved in, but this program has made a difference and she never wants to miss a session.
Shawna always wanted a big sister." - Jane
"I was a little concerned for a while because Carrie-Lin was getting into peer pressure. When she joined GENaustin she became her independent self again." - Linda
