GENaustin works with the Gardner Betts Juvenile Justice Center and consists of providing goal-setting, leadership, decision-making, and critical thinking skills curriculum to incarcerated girls during the summer and winter and spring breaks. Two six-week groups are held during the summer and six individual sessions are held with incarcerated teens during the holidays (beginning of January and spring break) when there is typically downtime in service during a period of higher trauma.
