What Do You See When You Look in The Mirror?
For many people, meeting society’s ideal body image
has become more important than being healthy. Society’s
top solutions appear to be a diet or surgery but there are
ways to change your body image without doing damage to your
body! This discussion, led by Carol York, LCSW, will
teach girls learning to love your physical appearance can
positively affect self-acceptance, self-esteem and physical
health.

Learn why diminished self-esteem is seen in today’s
teen girls, what the consequences are, and what parents can
