clubGEN is a weekly after-school program for middle school girls led by trained high school girls with support from school-based adult sponsors and GENaustin volunteers. The program gives high school girls the tools to lead middle school girls through experiential activities designed to be creative, fun, and educational. Each clubGEN consists of a group of six to twenty-four middle school girls and six to twelve high school mentors. The result is a dynamic program that promotes self-esteem, resilience, healthy development, and leadership skills for middle school and high school girls alike.
