 Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors is responsible for the governance and operational structure of GENaustin. Members of the Executive Committee are the chairman and vice chairman of the Board of Directors and the treasurer. Additionally, the Executive Director of GENaustin participates as a non-voting member.
